CxD

Replace reactive design with pro-active Dialog Apps.

Conversational Experience Design: using dialogue design to break down wicked problems instead of flattening them into pages. CxD remediates social primitives, the atomic units of human interaction, a question, a greeting, a disagreement, a promise, that platforms encoded and broke. The method that produces Dialog Apps and Actionable Content.
